B & C employees are active in major industry organizations: The Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA), the nation’s largest trade association of community owners and operators; Manufactured Housing Educational Trust (MHET) of Orange County and Inland Empire of California; California Manufactured Housing Institute (CMHI); Wisconsin Housing Association (WHA); Iowa Housing Association (IHA);and the Idaho Manufactured Housing Association (IMHA).

As a broker, the company has participated in the acquisition and disposition of communities valued in excess of $500 million.
