Keith has been in the real estate business since 1971, beginning as a property manager for a Southern California developer. He managed mobilehome parks, apartment complexes and shopping centers for Fox and Carskadon Management in the 1970’s. Keith was elected 2012 President of the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA) and served several terms as a Board Member for WMA, OC MHET and IMHA. He has been a featured speaker for management education seminars and conventions. Keith was awarded the prestigious Jack E. Wells Memorial Award from the CMHI in 2013 and the Busch, Carr & McAdoo award from the WMA in 2014. Mr. Casenhiser is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He continues to supervise properties in California and Idaho.
Chad started his career with B&C in 2005. He currently supervises a portfolio of properties in Southern California and Idaho. Along with his responsibility of managing properties, Chad also oversees the other B&C property managers and the overall operations of the company. He is currently a Board member of the Orange County MHET, the CMHI and WMA and is also on the Political Action Committee for the WMA. Chad is a regular speaker/presenter for the WMA’s MCM program and annual convention and for MHET. Chad is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Rheannon joined the Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. team in 2005 as a receptionist and furthered her career by working in the Accounting Department before becoming a Regional Property Manager in 2010. She has since been promoted twice and now holds the title of Vice President of Operations. Her portfolio of properties extends from Palm Desert to Carson, California. She is well-versed in complicated Rent Control ordinances and rent increase procedures. In addition to managing properties, Rheannon is tasked with supervising the Administrative Staff and working towards continued organizational development. Rheannon also oversees and maintains the annual insurance renewals, claims, and lawsuits for B&C’s extensive portfolio of properties. In addition to her real estate license which she acquired in 2008, Rheannon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Scott joined Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. in 1995. His career in the mobilehome industry includes extensive experience in onsite management, physical operations, construction and contracting. He supervises twelve properties in Southern California. Scott is a California Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and serves as the Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. Safety Officer overseeing Worker's Comp claims and Employee Safety Training.
Doug Grass (CPM) joined the Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. property management team in 2006 and has been working out of the Sacramento area. Doug has over 30 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager. Doug holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs and a Master’s Degree from California State University, Sacramento. Doug is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and holds a California Real Estate Sales License. During his career, Doug has been responsible for the daily operations and overall management of manufactured home communities and RV resorts located in California, Washington, Iowa, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, Georgia and Oregon.
Brian started working for Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. as our Colorado representative in 2014. He is working to grow B&C in the Rocky Mountain Region while obtaining his Real Estate Salesperson License. Brian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Received Accredited Community Manager Certification in 2019 from MHEI.
Joy joined Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. in May of 2016 after spending time first as an onsite Resident Manager before being promoted to Property Manager. After joining Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. she acquired her California Real Estate License in January 2017, at which time she was promoted to Regional Property Manager. In 2023 she obtained her California Real Estate Broker’s License. Joy also has experience working directly with Homeowner’s Association Boards, Non-profit communities, and rental homes which brings to Bessire & Casenhiser hours of "hands-on experience".
Michael joined Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. in 2014, starting as a Resident Manager and being promoted to Property Manager in 2017 after obtaining his California Real Estate License. He has been a licensed contractor since 2005 with experience in Manufactured housing. He also has experience working directly with Homeowners Association Boards, Non-Profit Communities, and Rent Controlled Communities. Michael has been in the industry since 1998 holding positions as a Mobilehome Salesperson, Contractor, Resident Manager, and Property Manager.
Mike has been working in the Mobile home industry for over 30 years. He started as a full time maintenance tech, worked his way up to manager, then to regional manager for two management companies. Mike briefly worked for Bessire & Casenhiser in the past and returned to Bessire and Casenhiser in 2020. Mike also holds a California Real Estate license.
Amy joined Bessire & Casenhiser, Inc. in December 2021. She has been in the Property Management field for many years with over twenty-four years’ experience specifically managing mobilehome park communities. Her property management experience encompassed owning her own management company, for almost ten (10) years. Her management contained a wide range and level of communities, such as luxury waterfront property, extensive rehab projects within the Apartment and Manufactured Housing sectors, as well as Single-Family Rentals (SFR), Commercial/Office and Storage buildings. She has served as a key liaison between local Government Officials and Park Owners/Management and worked closely with Homeowner Associations of various mobilehome park communities. Amy holds a California Real Estate Broker License and has advanced renovation/design capabilities via a Certificate Program from the Interior Design Institute, located in Newport Beach, CA.
